 I have been trying for years to buy a bread machine, but could not justify the cost. After all, how much bread that two people can eat? Answer: More than I ever imagined - when it's that good. I had my machine for less than a month and I do not remember when I had so much fun for so little money. (For some reason, the price was about ten days ago of dollars less than now - but it's still worth it.) And I want to thank all the previous reviewers who have warned against revenue in instruction book - did not even try. First I used a recipe from Betty Crocker White Paper, which was very good but had a small landslide I blame Denver 6000 feet. But then I came across Beth Hensperger "The Bread Lover's Bread Machine Cookbook" and there was nothing from success to success, but I attribute that as a result of its recommendations for the addition of gluten and use of yeast FAS. I lost count of the number of loaves that I made. I am a very experienced bread maker and so when I say this is not just good, but probably better than the bread machine made no, believe me. I hope it does not break down quickly, but if so, I swear I already had my money in terms of fun - yes! - As great bread products.
